    A Anstar Grocery Collection Centre is a facility located near a cluster of villages that caters to farmers within a 25 km radius. Farmers come to a CC to drop their produce which is then graded, weighed, and sorted to be sent to cities for delivery to businesses.
  • What is a Anstar Grocery DC?
    Anstar Grocery Delivery Centres are located in different localities inside a city. After routes are determined, produce gets sent for Last Mile Delivery to businesses from a DC.

  • Is there a minimum quantity required to sell my produce?
    Anstar Grocery has minimal quantity requirements when compared to local middlemen. This varies with location and type of produce. Visit your nearest CC to understand the requirements for your vegetable or fruit.

  • What is grading?
    Our agents at CCs check each vegetable or fruit based on preset grading standards to ensure good quality produce enters the Supply Chain.

    No, we do not charge any additional costs.
  • When can I send my produce to a CC?
    You can drop your produce to the CC anytime between 10 am to 4 pm
  • How do I become a Anstar Grocery Customer?
    Download the Anstar Grocery app from playstore and register. Once physically verified by our agent, you will be able to place an order.
  • I am unable to register on app, what do I do?
    Please call 0722883947 to register manually. Once your store is physically verified by our agent, you will be able to place your order.
  • How do I make payment for my order?
    You can initiate an online payment method, pay by cash when our agent comes for collection or use your wallet balance to complete order.
  • Who can I contact if I have a problem?

  • When can I return the crates?
    The crates will be collected by our agent at a later time on the same day
  • When will my order be delivered?
    Your order will be delivered the next day from your order date
  • What if I am not satisfied with the quality?
    You can initiate return for any of our delivered products, if you are not satisfied with the quality.
